Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the instant digital delivery of our products, we are unable to offer refunds once a Google Map has been shared to

your account.

Why no refunds? The moment you complete your purchase, the map is permanently shared to your Google account and cannot be "unshared" in the same way a physical product can be returned.

Any issues? If you have any technical issues accessing your map, please email us at bob@backpackbob.com and we will do everything we can to help you get it working.
